3. Project Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project, the following terms apply:

If you cancel before any work has commenced, you may be entitled to a full refund of your deposit, minus any administrative fees outlined in your service agreement.

3.2 During Active Development

If you cancel while work is in progress, we will invoice for work completed to date. Any unused portion of your deposit may be refunded, less the value of completed work and any third-party costs incurred.

4. Revision Policy

Our web development packages include revision rounds as specified in your project agreement. We will work with you to make changes until you are satisfied with the result within the agreed scope.

5. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you identify issues or bugs within 30 days of project completion that were present at delivery, we will address them at no additional cost.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to finding a fair resolution through open communication. We will:

7. Exclusions

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Changes in business direction or project requirements after approval
  • Third-party services purchased on your behalf (domains, hosting, licenses)
  • Completed and approved work
  • Delays caused by client-side factors

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
